Howdy friends!
September's here, and with it comes THE BEST riding season in Central Oregon! After the Flat Fire northeast of Sisters grew to over 23,000 acres in late August, we're incredibly grateful for the amazing work our firefighters did to protect our community. Fortunately, smoke wasn't too bad - just a couple rough days - and now with welcomed rain clearing the air, trails are in prime condition and we're smoke-free!
Fall is truly the sweet spot for Central Oregon riding: cooler temps, less people, less dust, and ALL trails are open (even high elevation trails that stay snowed in during spring). If you've been waiting for perfect conditions, this is it!

When: Saturday, September 20 - wheels down 9:30 AM
Where: Wanoga Trailhead
What: Building one trail in one day to connect Swampy to Wanoga!
The Women of COTA are ready to make history with their goal of 100 women building trail together! This isn't just about moving dirt - it's about celebrating our amazing community of women riders and trail builders.
COTA will provide food and drinks throughout the day, plus giveaways to celebrate all the rad women who make our trails possible. After a day of hard work, join the after party at On Tap starting at 4 pm for a bike movie, drink specials, raffle prizes, and loads of fun!
